Author Bio

Priscilla Tallman is a Mindset and Performance Coach in Phoenix, AZ. She has worked with corporate business organizations as well as the PAC-12 and Mountain West Conferences in training employees and teams on performance journaling and mental wellness.

Tallman has an undergraduate degree in Psychology and graduate degree in Clinical Psychology. She is a 2x All-America volleyball player from the University of Georgia, SEC Freshman and Player of the year and was inducted into UGA’s prestigious Circle of Honor in 2006. Additionally, she has coached in the PAC-12, NAIA, high school and club levels as a beach volleyball coach.
